From the editor to WordPress or Webflow, no copy-paste.

Create new content as a draft or update existing content in WordPress or Webflow, or pass it to your own system by webhook. Publishing behaviour depends on the connector.

SEOQuantum editor
  • WordPress

New post or page as a draft. An update keeps the status: published content changes live.

  • Webflow

New collection item as a draft. An update changes the staged version; you publish from Webflow.

  • Webhook

The content as JSON (HTML, H1, meta tags) sent to your URL. Your receiver integrates it.

  • Manual

You publish yourself, then record the operation in SEOQuantum. Nothing is sent.

Sound familiar

  • You fix things in one tool, then copy everything into the CMS.

  • Then you have to check that the text and tags actually made it.

With SEOQuantum

  1. 1

    Connect your CMS

In your workspace settings: WordPress, Webflow, or a webhook to your own system.

  2. 2

    Send from the editor

New content as a draft, or an update to existing content. On WordPress, an update keeps the status: a published post changes live. On Webflow, it changes the staged version, which you publish from Webflow.

  3. 3

    Keep a record

Every content transfer through a connector is logged, successful or failed, and the page keeps the date of the last successful operation. An accepted send does not prove it went live: check it in your CMS.

Available modes

4 modes

Three modes transmit content: WordPress, Webflow and webhook. Manual mode records an action performed outside SEOQuantum without sending content.

Questions

1

Drupal, Shopify, HubSpot?

No ready-made connector. The webhook sends the content as JSON (POST request) to the URL you choose; a receiver on your side must integrate it.

2

Is publishing automatic?

Not for new content: WordPress and Webflow create a draft; with a webhook, your receiver decides whether to publish. For an update, WordPress keeps the content's status (a published post changes live); Webflow changes the staged version, which you publish from Webflow.

3

What about the API and MCP?

API v1, documented in OpenAPI, and the MCP server let you drive SEOQuantum from your tools or your assistant. They do not publish to your CMS. API access is included in SEOQuantum Pro.
